What you'll do
- → Respond to inbound leads and book product demos.
- → Run clear, honest walk-throughs of the platform.
- → Follow up consistently and close at a healthy pace.
- → Feed real customer objections back to the product team.
What we're looking for
- → Strong spoken and written English and Hindi.
- → 0–3 years in B2B or SaaS sales — freshers with hustle welcome.
- → Comfortable on calls; organised about follow-ups.
Network Support Engineer

Be the person customers reach when something needs a sharp technical answer. You'll troubleshoot connectivity, configuration and integration issues end to end.
What you'll do
- → Diagnose and resolve network, DNS and connectivity issues.
- → Support customers through setup, webhooks and integrations.
- → Document recurring problems into clean, reusable guides.
- → Escalate hard cases with a tight, well-written summary.
What we're looking for
- → Solid grounding in TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP and routing.
- → CCNA-level knowledge or equivalent hands-on experience.
- → Calm, methodical, and genuinely good with people.
HR Executive

Help us hire well and keep the team looked after. You'll run recruitment end to end and own the day-to-day of people operations.
What you'll do
- → Source, screen and coordinate interviews across roles.
- → Run smooth onboarding for every new joiner.
- → Maintain records, attendance and payroll inputs.
- → Be the first point of contact for employee questions.
What we're looking for
- → 1–4 years in HR, recruitment or people operations.
- → Organised, discreet, and warm with people.
- → Working knowledge of Indian labour and payroll basics.
